Privacy is not an afterthought at Solana Volume Bot — it is the way the platform is built. This document explains, in plain language, what information we observe when you use the service, how we handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

By interacting with the platform you acknowledge the practices described below. We will flag any material change by updating the revision date above and, for meaningful rewrites, surfacing an in-product notice.

2. What We Observe

2.1 Your Public Wallet Address

When you link a Solana wallet through Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, or another adapter, we see only the public address. Private keys and recovery phrases never leave your wallet and are never transmitted to our systems.

2.2 Campaign Parameters

To run a campaign we store the token mint, the target volume, wallet count, trade-size band, runtime window, and the engagement density you chose (auto-comments, favorites).

2.3 On-Chain Activity

We log the signatures of transactions we submit on your behalf. These are already public on Solscan; we store them so you can audit each campaign inside the dashboard.

2.4 Technical Telemetry

Standard web-server logs capture things like IP, user agent, referrer and anonymized usage patterns. We rely on this data to keep the platform stable and to spot abusive traffic early.

3. What We Use It For

Everything we collect is used for a narrow set of purposes:

• Running and monitoring the volume campaign you requested
• Showing you live telemetry and campaign history
• Detecting abuse, fraud and automated attacks against the platform
• Improving reliability, latency and feature quality over time
• Replying to support requests and resolving disputes

Your information is never offered for sale, never shared with data brokers, and never used to profile you outside the Solana Volume Bot experience itself.

4. How We Protect It

Security is layered across the stack:

• All traffic is forced over TLS 1.3 with modern cipher suites
• Backend services sit behind a hardened gateway and rate limiter
• Access to operational data is gated by role-based permissions and auditable logs
• Daily backups are encrypted at rest and rotated off-site

No system is unbreakable. We promise diligence, transparency and rapid disclosure if something ever goes wrong.

5. How Long We Keep It

Campaign telemetry is retained for 90 days after the run concludes so you can replay analytics and open disputes. Aggregate, non-identifying metrics may live longer for trending and capacity planning.

To request deletion of campaign records tied to your wallet, email [email protected]. We may retain specific items where a legal obligation requires it, and we will explain exactly why if that ever applies.

6. External Services We Rely On

The platform depends on a small, deliberately chosen list of external providers:

• The Solana mainnet — for transaction finality
• Pump.fun — for bonding-curve interactions and token metadata
• Wallet adapters (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack, WalletConnect) — for user authentication
• Helius RPC — for accelerated block and token lookups

Each of these maintains its own privacy statement. We recommend reviewing theirs directly; we are not responsible for their independent practices.

7. Cookies

We use a minimal set of first-party cookies (session state, consent preferences) and one anonymized analytics cookie. You can revoke or control these in your browser at any time.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may be entitled to:

• Access — get a copy of what we hold about you
• Correction — fix anything inaccurate
• Erasure — ask us to delete your records
• Objection — opt out of non-essential processing

9. Minors

Solana Volume Bot is intended for adult users who are legally able to participate in crypto trading in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 and will purge any such record on discovery.

10. Updates to This Policy

We revise this document when the product evolves or the legal landscape changes. The header date always reflects the current version, and we will preserve prior versions on request.
