Terms of Service

1. Accepting These Terms

By loading any page on solanavolumebot.online or launching a campaign through the control panel, you agree to the terms set out below. If the terms are not acceptable to you, please close the tab and stop here.

Solana Volume Bot delivers automated trading volume for Pump.fun tokens on the Solana mainnet. By using the service you confirm that you have read our Disclaimer and understand the inherent risk of memecoin trading.

2. What the Service Does

When you run a campaign, the platform will:

• Generate a fleet of ephemeral Solana wallets on your behalf
• Route buy and sell orders through those wallets within the parameters you set
• Optionally post contextual comments and add favorites on your token's Pump.fun page
• Stream live telemetry — signed transactions, progress, rank — to your dashboard

All trade parameters are always under your control. The service does nothing you did not explicitly configure.

3. What You Commit To

As a user of Solana Volume Bot you agree to:

• Provide a valid Solana mint address you are authorized to promote
• Obey every applicable law in your jurisdiction, including securities and consumer-protection rules
• Never use the platform to promote scam tokens, fraudulent projects, or content targeting protected groups
• Refrain from probing, exploiting or reverse-engineering the platform's security
• Keep your personal Solana wallet safe — secret keys stay with you, not with us

You alone are responsible for the tokens you launch volume for and for any legal consequences that flow from that activity.

4. Fee and Payment

Pricing is a single flat number — 7% of the volume you target, paid in SOL to the campaign address that the dashboard generates for you. The fee is due before execution begins.

Once a campaign is signed on-chain and trades have started streaming, the fee is non-refundable. If the platform fails to execute before trades begin, the fee is refundable in full within seven days.

5. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime and actively monitor the Solana RPC layer. That said, planned maintenance, upstream outages and blockchain congestion may briefly interrupt the service. We will not be liable for those windows.

We reserve the right to pause, modify or retire specific features as the platform evolves. Campaigns already in flight are honored to completion.

6. Liability Limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solana Volume Bot and its operators will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from service use
• Market outcomes for the tokens you choose to run campaigns against
• User-side wallet compromise, phishing or operational error
• Third-party downtime (Pump.fun, Solana validators, RPC providers)
• Regulatory action targeting your token or trading activity

Crypto carries real risk. Participation in this service is at your discretion and under your risk tolerance.

7. Intellectual Property

The Solana Volume Bot brand, the dashboard experience, the comment library, and the orchestration logic are the property of Solana Volume Bot and its licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark and trade-secret law worldwide.

Do not clone, resell, sublicense or redistribute any portion of the service without an executed written agreement.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe the terms have been breached. Active campaigns will still execute to completion unless legal or abuse considerations demand otherwise.

You may also stop using the service at any time. There is no subscription to cancel.

9. Amendments

These terms are a living document. When we update them, the revised version goes live here with a fresh date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.

Check in periodically so there are no surprises.
